If you could find your organization in our search:
If you found your organization by name or registration number in our search, we have already determined its nonprofit status by the local regulator in the country where you are registered.
However, sometimes, we still might need to confirm your association with them. Please see this article for possible actions you need to complete to continue your application if you are yet to be granted a discount.
If you selected 'I can't find my organization':
We may not have received acceptable documentation to determine your organization's nonprofit status. In this case, you would have received an email confirming the outcome of your application.
If you did not receive an outcome email within 72 hours of submitting your application, then we have determined the nonprofit status with the uploaded documentation. Please see this article for possible actions you need to complete to continue your application if you are yet to be granted a discount.
