After you apply for a partner discount, as part of the verification process, Percent may send your nonprofit an email to verify you work there. When applying, we recommend using an email address that matches your nonprofit website, this will speed up the process of verifying your nonprofit and application.
The emails are sent from verifications@poweredbypercent.com. If your nonprofit has not received a verification email from us, be sure to take the following steps:
- Verify that your nonprofit’s public email address is active.
- If the published address is active, check with the person managing it to see if they have received it. Be sure to check the spam and junk folders, as emails can end up here.
- If the published address is inactive or incorrect, first update it and then reapply for the partner discount so that we can send a new verification email to the correct email address.
